The ideal candidate will ensure the firm projects a consistent, modern, and professional image across all channels and jurisdictions.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>As a <strong>Marketing &amp; Communications Manager <\/strong>at Eldib &amp; Co Attorneys at Law your responsibilities will include:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>1- Social Media Management &amp; Digital Content:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage the firm\u2019s LinkedIn and other social media platforms with a consistent tone and brand voice.<\/li>\n<li>Develop monthly content calendars featuring firm updates, case wins, legal commentary, and event coverage.<\/li>\n<li>Write and design social content in alignment with the firm&#8217;s business development goals.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor performance analytics and adjust strategy accordingly.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>2- Branded Video Series Development:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Launch and manage a short-form branded video series highlighting firm capabilities, team insights, and legal education.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee concept development, scripting, filming, editing, and publishing.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all video content aligns with firm values and quality standards.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>3- Newsletter Design &amp; Execution:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design and distribute a visually appealing and informative firm newsletter (monthly or quarterly).<\/li>\n<li>Source content from practice heads, BD, and leadership, and format into structured, on-brand issues.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor engagement rates and refine content strategies based on feedback and metrics.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>4- Brand Identity, Stationery &amp; Visual Consistency:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage and maintain the firm\u2019s visual identity and branding guidelines across all touchpoints.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee production of business cards, letterheads, envelopes, document templates, and signage.<\/li>\n<li>Audit firm visuals periodically for brand coherence and quality control.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with designers, videographers, and freelancers as needed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>5- Marketing Collateral &amp; Promotional Materials:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design and maintain updated brochures, service sheets, event handouts, and pitch decks.<\/li>\n<li>Customize materials for specific jurisdictions, industries, or legal service areas.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure high standards of visual and editorial quality across all outputs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>6- Advertising &amp; Campaign Management:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Plan and execute advertising initiatives including sponsored posts, industry directories, legal magazines, and digital placements.<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with media vendors and legal publications to coordinate placements and scheduling.<\/li>\n<li>Track ROI and adjust ad campaigns based on analytics and performance data.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>7- Rankings, Directories &amp; Awards Submissions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinate submissions to directories such as Chambers, Legal 500, WTR, and others.<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with BD and legal teams to gather relevant casework, metrics, and commentary.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain an internal database of prior submissions, feedback, and status updates.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>8- Event Marketing &amp; Visibility:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage the firm\u2019s visibility at conferences, seminars, and speaking engagements.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate branded giveaways, banners, and collateral for maximum exposure.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with the BD team and logistics coordinators to ensure impactful representation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>1- Bachelor\u2019s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>2- 2\u20134 years of experience in legal or professional services marketing.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>3- Excellent command of written and spoken English;
