Market Research &amp; Lead Generation:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Research organizations and individuals (especially in French-speaking<br \/>\njurisdictions) to identify new leads and potential markets.<\/li>\n<li>Utilize social platforms and professional tools to expand the firm\u2019s prospect list.<\/li>\n<li>Proactively reach out to potential clients and partners via email, phone, and<br \/>\nLinkedIn.<\/li>\n<li>Track market developments and shifts to generate actionable intelligence.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Client Acquisition &amp; Relationship Management:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Attend industry conferences, legal meetings, and networking events to build<br \/>\nrapport with prospective clients and foreign associates.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and deliver tailored presentations, firm capability decks, and proposals.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain frequent contact with existing clients and collaborators to deepen<br \/>\nrelationships.<\/li>\n<li>Follow up with prospects and dormant contacts to convert interest into<br \/>\ninstructions.<\/li>\n<li>Respond to client feedback or dissatisfaction promptly and tactfully.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. International Network Expansion:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain and grow the firm\u2019s supplier\/associate network across strategic regions,<br \/>\nparticularly Africa, MENA, and Europe.<\/li>\n<li>Negotiate and manage association agreements with local counsel and IP agents.<\/li>\n<li>Track performance of associates and align them with client needs and<br \/>\njurisdictions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. Marketing Strategy Support &amp; Coordination:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Collaborate with the Marketing Executive to align campaigns and outreach with<br \/>\nBD goals.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to LinkedIn campaigns, newsletter content, and marketing<br \/>\ndeliverables.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in drafting entries for firm submissions, rankings, and partnership<br \/>\nproposals.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>5. Performance Auditing &amp; Financial Analysis:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Analyze ROI of business development activities and events.<\/li>\n<li>Track conversion metrics, referral volumes, and instruction sources.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare reports summarizing outreach performance, target pipelines, and client<br \/>\nengagement KPIs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>6. Content Contribution &amp;\u00a0 Industry Monitoring:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Collaborate on preparing updates, thought leadership pieces, and newsletters.<\/li>\n<li>Stay informed of market news, competitor activity, and legal developments<br \/>\nrelevant to client acquisition.<\/li>\n<li>Support subscriptions to key legal and business publications and monitor<br \/>\nrelevant sectors.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>8. Association Agreements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Organize and maintain records of association agreements and professional<br \/>\npartnerships.<\/li>\n<li>Propose new association opportunities based on jurisdictional demand or client<br \/>\ntrends.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>9.
